Refund policy

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery (eligible items only).

• Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging (box, pouch, certificates, and tags).
Security seals and tags must remain intact.


Not Eligible for Return

• Final Sale / Outlet items.
• Pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons).
• Personalized, engraved, made-to-order, or resized items.
• Items showing wear, scratches, or damage after delivery.
• Gift cards.


How to Start a Return

• Submit a request through the Contact Us form.
• Once approved, ship the item back within 7 days using a trackable service.
• Items lost in return transit are not our responsibility.


Exchanges

• Exchanges are available subject to stock availability.
• Replacement items are shipped via registered international mail.
• Estimated exchange delivery: 7–15 business days, depending on carrier service and customs processing.


Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If a prepaid return label was provided, its cost will be deducted from your refund.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.


Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• We do not charge restocking fees.


EU Customers

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
Please contact us within this period to initiate your return.
