• Before shipping: You may request cancellation if no tracking number has been issued.
• After shipping: Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.

3) Product & Service Availability

• We may update, modify, or discontinue products, prices, or availability at any time without notice.
• Product color, texture, and size may vary slightly due to device display settings or photography lighting.
• Quantities may be limited, and availability is not guaranteed.
• We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

4) Shipping, Customs & Delivery

• Orders are fulfilled from our global warehouses (mainly in China) and shipped internationally.
• Estimated delivery:

  • United States: 8–15 business days

  • Europe: 10–20 business days

  • Other countries: 10–25 business days
    • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or holidays.
    • Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
    • We are not liable for delays caused by customs or postal services beyond our control.

5) Returns & Exchanges

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unused, and in original packaging (box/pouch, certificates, tags).
• Non-returnable items: pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons), personalized/engraved, custom/made-to-order, resized, and Outlet (final sale) items.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs; original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Exchanges depend on stock availability and are shipped via registered international mail.
• Exchange shipping time: 7–15 business days, subject to carrier or customs delays.

6) Account Accuracy & Information

• You must provide accurate and current information when placing an order or creating an account.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order suspected of error, fraud, or unauthorized activity.
